I don't usually write reviews but felt my experience at Epoca was worth sharing. Not only is this a very inviting & attractive salon the staff are unforgettable. From the time i entered the salon until i left, i felt a great energy...the receptionists are very informative and professional, always smiling.Its refreshing to see a team of staff work so well together ( like family), happily sharing all their expertise. The two "Hair Professionals" Amanda - color tech. & Frank - Master stylist were outstanding. Amanda is noticeably a very confident, Happy individual who shows much passion in her work. She not only made my hair turn from dull to vibrant she made me feel Beautiful. I truly appreciated her explaining what & why she was using each product. I am very happy with the color. Frank- well, I would call frank an artist. he looks at you and envisions a style that suits you as an individual. Trust me, Trust him. His passion,honesty & experience provides him with a unique & successful technique. which, I have had a hard time finding. I left with the hair cut I've always wanted and could never find. I will definitely be booking with Epoca again. Thanks for the memorable Hair experience!
